How long do you stay on assignment?
Ultimately, this depends on your goals. Some families want a couple weeks of support and some want overnight care until their baby is sleeping through the night. Your situation is unique, and for that reason I typically work on a week to week basis. A typical assignment lasts approximately 8 - 12 weeks.

How are you different from a night nanny?
With my expertise, I have the ability to not only care for your newborn at night but also teach you everything you need to know to feel confident caring for your baby once I leave. Always bittersweet.
Is this sleep training?
No, contrary to popular belief, it is not possible to sleep train a newborn. The idea is to set up a healthy sleep foundation with age appropriate schedules, create a healthy routine, and learn to read babies' cues. If you’re consistent with this, most babies will sleep through the night early on. On average, around 10 weeks of age.
